Samdech Thipdei Hun Manet, Cambodian Prime Minister said ” the Special Program to Promote Investment in Sihanoukville 2024″ will provide “special benefits” to the “expansion of investment and business projects” as follows:
– Procedure facilitation, application form and permits for the implementation of projects or activities to expand investment and/or business;
– Providing encourage and favour such as import tax, patent tax, billboard tax and withholding tax on real estate lease, and so on to enterprises implement projects or activities to expand investment and/or business;
– Providing permission to take 150% multiplying the income to be received encouragement, income tax exemption as a basis for calculating income tax;
– Income tax exemption for 3 years based on the Proportion of the capital expansion rate and providing permission to take 150% multiplying the income to be received encouragement, income tax exemption, based on Income tax calculation.
