Hamas will deal “seriously and positively” with any ceasefire agreement that is based on the total halt of war, complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, and an Israeli hostages-Palestinian prisoners swap deal, Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh said in a statement on Wednesday.
