Moscow will respond to Latvia’s decision to expel a Russian diplomat, a Russian Foreign Ministry official told TASS.
“Russia will give an appropriate response,” the official said.
Latvian Foreign Minister Krisjanis Karins earlier decided to declare a Russian diplomat persona non grata. The Latvian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the diplomat must leave the country by the end of the day on April 10.
