On December 11, 2023, in Hanoi, Vietnam, during the official visit of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet , Cambodia and Vietnam signed three cooperation agreements, including:
1)Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation between the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam
2)Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations and the Vietnam Academy of Diplomacy
3)Memorandum of Understanding between the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce.
